The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has been actively communicating the mission’s progress through their official Twitter account, sharing updates and even releasing captivating images related to this remarkable feat. Earlier on Friday, the Vikram lander module achieved a significant advancement as it drew nearer to the Moon, marking another step forward in India’s ambitious space exploration endeavors.

Great news! The Vikram lander module is making fantastic progress in its journey towards the Moon. After a successful deboosting process that happened on Friday, it got even closer to the lunar surface. The exciting part is that on Sunday, August 20, there’s another deboosting planned. This means the module will go into an even lower orbit. The whole process will finish around 2 am on Sunday. ISRO is doing an amazing job keeping us all updated on these exciting developments.

Please tell here that as soon as Vikram Lander touches the south pole of the Moon, India will become the fourth country in the world after China, America and Russia to do so. Only these four countries of the world have landed their landers on the surface of the Moon.

“The recent smooth touchdown of Chandrayaan-3 marks a monumental achievement that not only ignites curiosity but also kindles a fervor for exploration among our younger generation,” stated ISRO on their official Twitter account. This remarkable milestone comes on the heels of the lander’s successful second deboosting maneuver, a vital step that took place on Sunday. The lander is now poised for internal evaluations while awaiting sunrise at its intended landing spot, gearing up for its ultimate landing attempt.

“The recent soft landing of Chandrayaan-3 is a truly monumental moment that not only ignites our collective curiosity but also ignites a passionate flame of exploration within the minds of our enthusiastic youth,” affirmed the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) through its official Twitter account. This significant stride forward comes right after the successful execution of the lander’s second and final deboosting maneuver, which took place on a Sunday. At this juncture, the lander is scheduled for thorough internal assessments and is set to await the break of dawn at its designated landing location, all in preparation for the final and crucial landing endeavor.”
