The disaster affected about 1.29 million people, causing 59,000 homes to collapse and 147,000 homes to be seriously damaged, the newspaper said.

The storm that followed Typhoon Doxuri last week brought heavy rain to Hebei province, affecting autumn crops and damaging farm equipment.

Power restored in Beijing and Hebei :
Power has also been restored in several flood-affected areas of Beijing and Hebei province. State broadcaster CCTV said efforts were being made to restore power again in the northeastern provinces of Jilin, Heilongjiang and Liaoning.

Flood caused heavy damage in zuozhou :
Northeast China, Beijing and Hebei province have been hit by heavy rains and floods since decades after a severe storm hit southern Fujian province two weeks ago. At the same time, Zuozhou, the largest city of China, has been affected the most due to floods. Out of 600,000 people living here, one lakh people have been shifted to other places.

Loss up to 17 billion yuan :
He said that there was an epidemic for three years and this time the flood has spoiled everything. He said that because of this no customer would come to me now. At the same time, the administration of Zuozhou said that due to the flood, hundreds of bridges and hundreds of kilometers of roads have been damaged in the area. The administration has estimated that the area’s damage due to the water has reached some 17 billion yuan.
