Rolls-Royce car Crash:

The recent Rolls-Royce car crash involving Vikas Maloo, the director and owner of Kuber Group, on the Delhi-Mumbai-Baroda Expressway has taken an unexpected turn. Amidst the wreckage and speculations, Vikas Maloo’s lawyer, RK Thakur, made a statement that has raised eyebrows and brought a unique perspective to the forefront.

Rolls-Royce Crash

Maloo’s lawyer asserted that “driving slowly is more dangerous” on expressways, providing an intriguing counterpoint to conventional road safety norms. Thakur further clarified that Vikas Maloo’s physical condition at the time of the accident did not permit him to be behind the wheel. Instead, his driver, Tasbir, was in control of the Rolls-Royce Phantom when the collision occurred.

Thakur emphasized that despite the accident, Maloo hadn’t provided specific instructions to his driver regarding speed preferences. Underlining the gravity of the situation, he underscored, Vikas Maloo’s physical condition is such that he cannot drive; in fact, even walking is a challenge. How will he drive? Vikas has 7-8 drivers, and Rolls Royce has a driver named Tasbir.”

After the accident, Maloo was hospitalized in Gurugram due to his injuries. Thakur revealed that the industrialist had an elbow injury and was also dealing with a spinal problem that required medical attention. This revelation painted a picture of Maloo’s compromised health, rendering him unable to stand without support.

Addressing the pictures circulating of Maloo standing unaided, Thakur clarified that images were older snapshots and did not reflect his condition post-accident.

Thakur shed light on the circumstances leading to the unfortunate incident, sharing, “Vikas Maloo, a woman known to him, and the driver were in the car. Vikas left home at 10 am, and the accident took place at 11 am. The Rolls-Royce car that met with the accident belonged to Vikas Maloo.”

According to Thakur, Maloo was conducting a test drive of the car when the accident transpired. He recounted the events, stating, “The petrol tanker came from the wrong side and took such a turn that before the driver could think, the accident happened.”

The crash claimed the lives of the oil tanker driver and his assistant. The Rolls-Royce was reportedly traveling at an astonishing speed of 230 kmph. Preliminary investigations indicate that the Rolls-Royce, part of a 14-vehicle convoy, was at fault for the collision.

As the details surrounding this unusual accident continue to unfold, Thakur’s statement provides a fresh perspective on road safety and prompts further examination of the incident’s circumstances. The unexpected blend of legal insights and the backdrop of a luxury car crash adds a layer of complexity to an already intriguing case.
